The Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to assist in managing our HR function and play a crucial role in supporting our organisation’s growing workforce. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with a view for extension.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

· Support our staff in coordinating employer-sponsored visa applications.

· Implement HR policies that align with business goals and provider requirements.

· Partner with the leadership team to drive talent acquisition, retention, and professional development strategies.

· Ensure workplace policies and procedures adhere to employment laws and best practices.

· Provide guidance on workplace culture, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

· Manage HR systems, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from both newly graduated and experienced HR specialists.

To be considered, you will need:

· Proven experience in a HR role is highly regarded.

· Experience managing employer-sponsored visas.

· Ability to work collaboratively with in-home aged care professionals in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· HR qualifications and/or relevant business experience.
