Tasks & responsibilities

Provide general maintenance support in a full time capacity. Be self motivated and organised with strong time management skills and an eye for detail.
Use a hands on approach to problem solving a variety of maintenance issues that occur in an international resort. Provide general maintenance support in a full time capacity.

Applicant

We are seeking someone who is physically fit, has a get-up-and-go attitude and is able to complete work in a safe and presentable manner.

Required Skills

Performing general maintenance and repairs around the resort. Including:

Carpentry, plumbing, painting and more.

• Performing proactive, preventative and well as re-active maintenance.

• Daily inspection of all infrastructure to ensure they are organised and maintained

• Maintaining all fixtures and fittings in units including air cons

• Ensure security and maintenance of tools and equipment

What we are looking for in you:

• Previous experience working in maintenance or trade

• Can do attitude and able to work on own as well as part of a team

• Handy at repairing everyday items, such as: Lights, taps, paintwork, timber repairs

• Display good problem solving skills,

• Complete all tasks in a safe and timely manner

The role requires 5 days work over a seven-day roster.
