About the role

Platinum Commercial Appliance Repairs' is seeking an experienced Commercial Laundry Appliance Technician to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services for commercial laundry appliances to our diverse client base across the Sydney metropolitan area.

What you'll be doing

Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of commercial laundry equipment, including washing machines and dryers. Big and Small

Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on client appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity

Providing on-site technical support and responding promptly to emergency service calls

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and providing comprehensive reports to clients

Collaborating with the broader technical team to share best practices and troubleshoot complex issues

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a commercial laundry appliance technician

Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with a variety of commercial laundry equipment

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic capabilities

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Current driver's licence, Ability to obtain working with children check and ability to obtain a clear olive check

As we work with aged care facilities an annual flu shot is also required
