Our Opportunity:

We recognise the unique skills of specialist Appliance Service Technician and we are now looking for a high calibre technician to join either our South Illawarra or South Western Sydney team. If you are sustainably and technically minded, we want you to use your knowledge to repair kitchen appliances to work closely with our long-standing customers.

The role will carry out professional quality service repairs directly to our customers mostly at their residence or in our Warehouse located in the Sutherland Shire. A major benefit within this role is flexibility as it supports a "work out of home" on the Road model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop or office.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction

• Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions

• Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection

• Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory

•

Experience Required:

• Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimum

• Strong communication skills and strong PC skills

• Provide premium customer service

• Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature

• Wear our uniform with Pride and maintain the level of appearance that matches our standard of Customer service
