About the role

EPL Appliance Repairs in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Appliance Repairs Technician. As an official service partner, you will be responsible for providing expert repair services for a premium range of household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the high standards of our partner brands.

What you'll be doing

Specialize in the expert diagnosis and repair of BOSCH, Siemens, Neff, Gaggenau, Fisher & Paykel, Falmec, Schweigen, Artusi, and other leading household appliances, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, rangehoods, and microwaves.

Provide exceptional customer service, representing the quality and reliability associated with our authorized brands through clear communication and timely, effective repairs.

Maintain meticulous records of all service work, genuine parts used, and customer interactions, adhering to brand-specific guidelines.

Continuously update your knowledge of the latest repair techniques and technical specifications for our authorized brands and the listed appliance types.

Collaborate effectively with our knowledgeable team to ensure efficient service delivery and uphold our reputation as authorized specialists.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your assigned service vehicle and contribute to the upkeep of the workshop.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an appliance repair technician, with a strong track record of successful diagnoses and repairs, ideally with experience in our key authorized brands.

Comprehensive technical skills and in-depth knowledge of a wide range of household appliances, with a strong understanding of BOSCH, Siemens, Neff, Fisher & Paykel appliances being highly advantageous.

Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to confidently tackle and resolve complex appliance issues, adhering to brand-specific repair protocols.

A strong customer service ethos with excellent communication skills to build trust and explain technical details clearly to clients who have invested in premium brands.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your workload effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
