What You’ll Bring

Advanced culinary techniques – Proficiency in sautéing, grilling, roasting, baking, etc.

Knife skills – Precision, speed, and safety in cutting, chopping, and filleting.

Food preparation & presentation – High standards in both preparation and plating.

Ingredient knowledge – Familiarity with meats, seafood, produce, and seasonings.

Recipe execution – Ability to follow complex recipes and instructions accurately.

Food safety & hygiene – Full understanding of HACCP and local health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Station management – Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency at your station.

Time management – Preparing dishes on time, especially during service rushes.

Inventory control – Monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste.

Mise en place mastery – Efficient setup and organization before service.

Team collaboration – Working closely with other chefs and kitchen staff.

Training junior staff – Mentoring and guiding commis chefs and apprentices.

Communication skills – Clear, respectful, and efficient communication with the team.

Problem-solving – Quickly resolving kitchen issues or shortages.
