Coffee & Flour of Bunbury, Western Australia (2 hours south of Perth) are looking for local candidates to apply for this role of Barista.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our brand new team at Coffee & flour Drive thru and café known for exceptional coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers outstanding customer service while understanding the drive thru POS technology. This would be amazing. But never fear! Training is available so don't be scared!

Understanding a busy work environment, team player and with a can do, no worries, attitude.

As a Barista, you will craft high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Looking for a Barista and Cafe all rounder with minimum two years experience.

The right candidate will be able to work at a FAST PACE without compromising the quality of coffees or service. Must have an enthusiastic personality and work well within a team environment :)
Hours are a rotating roster of all seven days, finishing by 3-4pm.

With this being brand new, you will have the chance to be part of the OG team and make it spectacular.
