Our client is a privately owned Australian company established 65+ years ago, renowned for designing and manufacturing industry-leading lubrication equipment and workshop solutions for the automotive, mining, transport, agriculture, and industrial sectors. THE ROLE
We are seeking a technically-minded Industrial Engineer to join their centralised division in South Australia. In this hands-on, project-focused position, you will:

• Manage 10–20 concurrent projects, acting as a project manager.
• Use CAD for modelling and drawing lubrication equipment components for OEMs in major mining projects.
• Liaise closely with the manufacturing team to ensure design accuracy and project delivery.
• Support the transition to more service maintenance contracts as part of our business growth.
• Utilise Pronto for system management and workflow tracking.

THE CANDIDATE

• Most Important Thing: mechanical aptitude and project management experience.
• Proficiency in CAD modelling/drawing and experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate clearly and directly.
• A straightforward, honest, and open approach-able to mesh well with a focused, no-nonsense team.
• Experience in lubrication equipment, mining, or industrial engineering is highly regarded.
• Market knowledge and a passion for high-end, custom-manufactured solutions.
