Service Manager - Immediate start!!!

We are looking for a Service Manager who has exceptional customer service skills and is eager to learn for our growing organisation in Bowen Hills, Brisbane.

About the role:

As an Service Manager you will work closely with the solar teams and our existing customers. You will be responsible for our after sales support for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling Work for Field Teams - Efficiently coordinate and schedule work assignments for field teams

Resource Planning and Allocation - Strategically plan and allocate resources

Communication with Technicians and Office Staff - Maintain clear and proactive communication with Technicians and Office Staff

Customer Communication - Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls with customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments and resolving issues

The applicant to have the following skills and experience as well as perform following tasks:

• Using the CRM Simpro to book jobs and place orders with our suppliers
• Basic Excel and Word document skills
• Experience lodging connects and EWR's with Energex and Ergon
• Customer service skills so can schedule installations with customers as well as answer any enquires or questions.
• Liase with employees and contractors from day to day to ensure they have availability to complete jobs in our schedules
• Read and interpret electricity bills from power providers
• Ordering Stock from suppliers each day
• Experience working in Electrical industry is advantageous
• Experience in the solar industry would also be advantageous but not essential
• Supportive, Positive work environment on offer

• Ability to work to required KPI's to get required installations booked in for each month
