Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations team. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in our service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service and installation team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery using STE Advantage CRMs and JMSs.
Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of service offerings.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
Implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge in emerging technologies.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a service management/coordination role within the electronic security industry is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
Familiarity with electronic security systems and technologies.
