POSITION:

We are looking for a Service Manager with a Electrical or Solar background.

• Oversee customer support following installation of solar systems
• Work closely with internal teams & clients to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and assign daily tasks to field technicians
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, office staff & technical teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate daily schedules & deployment of field staff
• Respond to customer queries & organise service appointments
• Use Simpro to manage job bookings & place supplier orders
• Maintain regular communication across all departments
• Track inventory & ensure installation targets are met each month

CANDIDATE:

• Strong communication & customer service abilities
• Familiarity with Simpro is an advantage
• Comfortable using Excel & Word for basic admin tasks
• Background in electrical or solar industry is a plus
• Dependable, proactive & goal-oriented
