Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Manage day to day warehouse operations including personnel management of warehouse team members.
Ensure accurate and organised receipt of all inventory into warehouse.
Coordinating all outbound stock movements, ensuring accuracy of all despatches in regarding to sku, volume and destination.
Maintain organised storage of all stock in the vault ensuring inventory is clearly labelled and identifiable.
Manage domestic freight carrier accounts with consideration for cost, service level, and operational efficiencies.
Coordinate stock replenishments for 3PL brand skus.
Ensuring accurate record keeping of inventory movements and entry of relevant information into the inventory management system and drug register.
Support customer operations in managing external stakeholders such as pharmacies and distributors.
Maintain integrity of the inventory management system and inventory accuracy to always ensure system stock matches physical stock on hand.
Execute daily stock cycle counts and ensure all stock counts balance.
Ensure the premises is secured and operated with highest compliance/security.
Manage site operations of the warehouse ensuring robust safety procedures are implemented.
Manage external vendors related to warehouse site maintenance (HVAC, Security etc).
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies with the aim to reduce transport, labour and storage costs.
Develop new SOP’s and processes. Ensure all warehouse processes are documented.
Replenishment of all packaging materials and consumables required for warehouse operations.
Support a culture of excellence, accuracy, and safety within the warehouse team.
Additional tasks supporting administration of supply chain at the direction of management.

Additional requirements for this role:
You must be an Australian resident or citizen.
You must hold a current and valid licence to operate a forklift.
It is preferable if you have received first aid and fire warden training.
It is preferable that you have a valid Australian drivers license and a car as this may be required for local deliveries.
You will be required to pass a national police check.
This role will require manual lifting and other physical tasks.
