Randstad is seeking organised, reliable candidates to supervise staff, manage materials, oversee ballot counting, and ensure smooth operations for the federal elections in Bendigo.
📍 Based at warehouse-style centres
🗓️ Work before, on, and after election day (mostly Mon-Fri, some weekends, upto 1-2 weeks)
⏰ Casual hours -full-time/ part-time, depending on demand
🎓 Full training provided
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Supervise and brief staff
✔️ Prepare, manage, and return election materials
✔️ Accurately complete documentation
✔️ Report and manage operational issues
✔️ Work in a fast-paced environment (some lifting/standing required)
Requirements:
- Australian citizen & enrolled to vote
- 18+ years old
- Able to obtain a Police Check
- Complete Randstad documentation promptly
