About the opportunity
The Finance Partner oversees financial matters for designated client groups. They deliver financial services aligned with strategic priorities, driving continuous improvement in financial processes, and actively contribute to shaping business decisions. They also provide authoritative financial guidance and risk management expertise, and actively participate in the development and enhancement of finance related policies and procedures.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- deliver comprehensive financial services tailored to the needs of designated client groups, aligning with strategic priorities
- drive continuous improvement efforts for financial processes and services, optimising efficiency, and effectiveness for client groups
- provide authoritative financial guidance and risk management for client groups
- engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating dialogues to address concerns and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with work area
- contribute to planning and operational committees, overseeing financial matters for designated client groups with increasing complexity and strategic importance.
About you
- CPA or CA or equivalent overseas, professional qualifications or equivalent extensive work experience
- experience in budget development and reporting
- experience in financial investigative processes
- experience with costing and quality control
- financial planning and analysis
- interpreting and applying accounting standards
