About the Role
Ironbark is seeking a Corporate Compliance Administrator to join our team. In this Indigenous identified position, you will support the Compliance Team by providing comprehensive administrative support to maintain compliance with WHS, HR, and corporate procedures.
As the Corporate Compliance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organisation adheres to all relevant compliance standards, with a strong focus on Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Human Resources (HR). Your key duties will include contributing to the review and maintenance of WHS documentation, procedures, and records, and managing digital employee records to support onboarding processes and recruitment-related administration.
Additionally, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist in the preparation of board documents, and handle confidential information with discretion. Your role will also involve greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and ensuring a professional office environment. This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy and proficient in a range of software applications, offering a solid foundation for a career in WHS or HR.
We are looking for a suitable applicant who has:
• A Certificate III or higher in Business or a relevant equivalent qualification.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a high level of service and communication.
• Proven administrative skills, including experience with managing records and compliance systems.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Proven ability to work well in a small team and demonstrated capacity to self-manage including meeting commitments and deadlines and solving routine problems.
• Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Indigenous Australians.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in a range of software applications.
