Level 3 - $96,103.71 per annum (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance)
Permanent Role - Monday-Friday (38 hours per week)*

The Role
Reporting directly to the Director Corporate Services, this Full-Time Monday-Friday role will involve providing efficient and confidential administrative support to the Director and Corporate Services employees.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who can liaise with all levels of the business as well as external organisations.
Our ideal applicant will have excellent time management skills, high attention to detail and have a proactive attitude. You will require a high level of writing and verbal communication skills, as well as fast and efficient data entry skills.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through a combination of experience and on the job training
- National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class drivers license
- Rights to work in Australia
