Key duties and responsibilities
• General bookkeeping responsibilities using Xero Accounting software
• Proficiency with Dext and Dropbox platforms
• Bank and Credit Card reconciliation for 8 entities. Each entity has its own ABN, Bank account and Credit card accounts
• Candidate will be required to generate ABA file for supplier payments on a fortnightly basis
• Process payroll, pay and manage employee information including leave
• Generation of contractor invoices on a Monthly basis
• Liaise with Company Tax accountant as required
• Assistance with BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement.
• Candidate will be required to discretely manage confidential information
• Reporting responsibilities to the Owners
• Candidate will work from our office in South Perth, WA
• Ability to manage adhoc tasks and grow as the role develops
• Flexible working hours can accommodate school hours.
Qualifications
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Bookkeeping
- Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience
- Police check will be required for this role
