Tasks & responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of front of house/bar operations.

Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, ambiance, and overall customer satisfaction

Maintain compliance with all relevant licensing, health, and safety regulations

Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Set-up and pack down of venue, including the TAB area.

Qualifications & experience

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with staff and customers

Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
