You’ll Be Responsible For:

Leading and managing employees during shifts

Overseeing efficient and smooth bar service

Supervising restaurant floor operations

Coordinating and executing functions and events

Ensuring venue presentation is always on point

Managing patron experience and engagement

Handling end-of-day cash-ups

Conducting stock and supplies ordering (Bar Manager)

Menu Curation (Bar Manager)
