The Role
We’re looking for a confident and caring Chiropractic Assistant to support our
Palmerston and Casuarina teams. You’ll start on a casual basis (around 20 hours per
week) with flexibility to pick up extra shifts highly valued.

Practice hours: Monday to Saturday
Shifts: Morning (7:30am–11:30am) & Evening (2:30pm–7:00pm) with additional hours as
required

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming and supporting practice members with genuine care

Managing appointment bookings, phone calls, emails & social media

Assisting with payments, accounts, and daily operations

Supporting our chiropractors in delivering seamless, high-quality care

Educating and empowering our practice members on their wellness journey

About You

You’ll bring:

A bubbly, positive personality with a can-do attitude

Passion for health, wellness & helping people

Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner

Sharp attention to detail and confidence in a busy environment

Solid admin know-how and ability to juggle multiple tasks

A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in an Allied Health/Reception role is a
bonus – but not essential. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you
thrive!
