About the Role:

Our reputable client is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Requirements:

• At least 12 months of experience in property management.
• Possession of real estate qualifications.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car required, with proficiency in property management software preferred.

• Salary up to $90k plus super, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain your own portfolio
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Conduct routines inspections, entry and exit reports.
• Liasing with landlords and tenants.
• Arrears management
