Your Role: You will take full ownership of managing a portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering the highest level of service to both clients and tenants. With your exceptional time management and communication skills, you’ll build strong relationships, streamline processes, and oversee the day-to-day management of properties. The portfolio is currently sitting at 160 properties.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year’s experience as a portfolio-based Property Manager, fully confident in managing your responsibilities.

A proven track record of working efficiently and independently.

Excellent time management and communication skills—you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused role.

Essential Requirements:

A current QLD driver’s license.

A current QLD Real Estate Certificate.
