Your Role

• Conducting take-offs and delivering precise cost estimates
• Sourcing and collecting quotes from suppliers
• Estimating site-related costs
• Generating pre-project costings and contract pricing
• The position will encompass project work for tenders, standard models, and bespoke custom designs.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in residential construction preferred, with familiarity in modular building being an advantage, though not essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience in quoting or scheduling is a plus
