Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service professional to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for customer enquiries and plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional service across all touchpoints.

You will triage incoming calls and emails, provide accurate product information, and identify opportunities to support the sales pipeline. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help drive positive customer experiences and contribute to Sculptform’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming calls and enquiries, providing prompt, professional service.

• Deliver accurate product information and first-contact resolutions where possible.

• Identify lead opportunities from customer interactions and assign accordingly.

• Maintain high standards of customer focus and productivity across all interactions.
