Position Overview

We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Service Booking Consultant/Service Receptionist to join our well-established Service Team. The vital role is to deliver excellent Customer Service to our service customers by being the first point of contact for all incoming service enquiries, by phone, email or walk-ins.

The Role

Manage all incoming service enquiries via phone and email

Learn our booking systems and play an integral role in booking customers in for service or repair work on their requested date

Liaise with Senior Service Advisors to ensure all customer enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently

Greeting customers in the Service Department and ensure we offer the best customer service possible

Liaise with Service Advisors throughout the day to ensure all customers are kept up to date with the progress of their servicing including any extra work or parts required

Handling any complaints that may arise and pass on to the relevant department manager

Skills & Experience

Prior experience in a Service Department will be highly desirable

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Be a team player and have a can-do attitude

Be willing to learn and adapt throughout the day
