The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Executive Assistant to work closely with an inspiring founder across a variety of business and personal initiatives. You’ll enjoy a dynamic, fast-moving environment where your organisational skills and proactive mindset will be highly valued. Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Manage busy professional and personal diaries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Take full ownership of a high-volume inbox, ensuring efficient triage, prioritisation, and response drafting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transfers.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact, handling calls, enquiries, and correspondence with care and discretion.
- Draft documents, manage filing systems, and provide general administrative support across the businesses.
- Assist with planning and delivering events such as workshops, and media activities.
- Provide personal support, including running errands and assisting with family scheduling when needed.
- Contribute to maintaining and growing the brand’s social media presence and community engagement.
Skills and Experience
You’ll be a highly organised, adaptable, and tech-savvy professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and meaningful environment. A background supporting high-profile individuals or entrepreneurs would be ideal, along with a naturally warm, proactive, and discreet approach. A passion for health, wellness, or media would be a lovely bonus.
- Previous experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting a high-profile or entrepreneurial figure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy inbox and complex schedules with professionalism and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong eye for detail.
- Interest or background in health, wellness, media, or publishing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Xero.
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence.
