We’re excited to welcome a new dentist in May—and with that, we’re on the lookout for an additional receptionist to support our expanding team!

About the Role:
No dental experience? No problem! While prior reception experience is preferred, we’ll provide training and support to help you thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, with the potential to step into senior or management roles down the track.

We’re looking for someone confident, organised, and ready to juggle phones, payments, and admin like a pro. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback and mentoring will set you up for success.

✨ What We are Looking For:

Previous reception experience, ideally within a healthcare environment

Strong attention to detail

Confidence in managing multiple phone lines and handling patient enquiries calmly and professionally

Excellent spelling and grammar

Effective time management and organisational skills

🦷 Hours:
7:30/8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with regular RDOs), we can accommodate minimum 4 day per week availability
