Position: Dental Receptionist
Location: Potts Point – right next to the train station!
Employment Type: Full time

We’re looking for a bubbly, big personality to join our team as a Dental Receptionist at our modern dental clinic.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, loves staying organised, and takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping everything run smoothly from the front desk.

Our clinic is in a great location, just steps from the train station, making it super convenient to get to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting patients with a friendly and professional attitude

Booking, confirming, and managing appointments

Answering phones, responding to SMS and managing the email inbox

Processing payments and managing patient accounts

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front office and reception area

Ordering office and dental supplies as needed

Sending referrals and corresponding with dental laboratories (including digital scans)

Supporting the dental team with basic tasks such as sterilising instruments and assisting during procedures (training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

A bubbly, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys helping people

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confidence using phones, email, and appointment software

Someone who is proactive, reliable, quick leaner, and works well in a team

Dental experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided

Previous admin or reception experience is essential
