We are a professional environmental consultancy on the Central Coast that specialise in contaminated land assessment and remediation. We are seeking an enthusiastic part time administrator to assist our office manager with the day-to-day business operations of a growing enterprise.
This is an exciting and interesting opportunity to take the next step in your administrative career. You would be providing valuable support to our team of environmental consultants, who service many high profile corporate clientele over a wide range of projects, primarily in the property development and waste manangement sectors.
We value the hard work of our team and encourage and support relevant training courses where there is oportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Skills & Experience:
Experience with administrative duties in a professional office environment.
Knowledge of xero, xero projects and MS Office software.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise at all levels both internally and externally with a professional and friendly customer service ethic
Exceptional administrative, organisational and time management skills.
Flexibility & ability to work independently
Innovative and positive attitude
Ability to work closely with the team, be flexible and take the initiative.
High attention to detail, able to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities at the same time
Bonus:
Tertiary qualification or studying
ISO development / Implementation and/or management experience
Operational logistics coordination
PA experience
Office hours are 9am - 5pm 2-3 days per week as suited to the right candidate.
