Structures Foreman – $250M Mixed-Use Commercial Project

Location: South Brisbane, QLD
Salary: Up to $160,000 + Super
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a highly regarded construction company, delivering a major $250M mixed-use commercial development in South Brisbane.

We are seeking a strong leader who has extensive experience managing large vertical structures or working on Class 2 projects. This is a long-term, full-time position offering excellent career progression on a landmark project.

About the Role:
As Structures Foreman, you will oversee all structural works on-site, driving progress, quality, and safety to meet program targets. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and key subcontractors to deliver the structural component of this high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all structural trades and activities on-site
• Ensure structural works are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget
• Monitor construction programs and provide regular updates to the site management team
• Enforce site safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, materials management, and inspections
• Liaise with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Drive a strong safety and team culture on-site

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale vertical construction projects
• Experience on Class 2 projects (essential)
• Trade background or relevant qualifications
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret complex structural drawings
• Commitment to quality, safety, and program targets
