Design and Build are looking for an experience Foreman to join a well established team on a commercial new build project. This is a longer-term position with a number of confirmed projects in the pipeline.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s business at an incredibly busy time to work on projects located within Brisbane's southern suburbs. You will be responsible for assisting a very experienced project team with driving subcontractors on site as well as assisting with site safety, toolbox talks, QA and dealing with any construction issues.

The project team consists of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, and Safety Officer who will work closely for successful project completion.

Your first project will be a $30M Commercial project.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Worked on similar sized Commercial new Build Projects in Australia
• Have experience delivering Commercial projects of $20M plus
• Can display continuity of work on your resume
• Excellent subbie management skills
• Commitment to quality and safety
• Able to work in team environment
• Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
