✔ Minimum 2 years experience in Supervision/Project Management in the Commercial and Industrial sectors

✔ Electrical trade qualification and current Electrical Licence (QLD)

✔ Proven experience and tendency to want to follow systems and processes and contribute to their improvement

✔ Competent computing skills and experience in using a cloud-based Job Management System

This position will report to the Director and is required to support and manage business operations for all contracts and projects and be directly responsible for:

● Leading the operations team from the front, openly demonstrating and embracing the company culture in all actions, behaviours and communication internally and externally

● Supervision and management of employees and any sub-contractors in terms of safety, program, productivity and quality to meet industry and company standards

● Hold all staff accountable to performance, safety and quality standards

● Schedule all jobs to ensure optimum staff utilisation, efficiency, customer service and quality is maintained

● Utilise and oversee operational use of the job management system to ensure the full value is being realised

● Raising Purchase Orders for Materials following up orders placed

● Issuing project progress claims

● Managing project budgets and expenditure through to completion

● Actively seek to develop and grow field staff to reach their potential
