Ecoblue, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mammoth, is the largest manufacturer of AdBlue® in Australia. With production facilities across Australia and New Zealand, we are industry leaders in the manufacture and supply of high-quality certified AdBlue. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our customer base and maintain our market leadership.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-focused sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales, CRM (preferably Salesforce), and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify, approach, and convert potential customers within target markets.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy – Work closely with leadership to drive growth and explore new opportunities.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Manage the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and exceed targets.
  • Collaboration & Reporting – Provide updates, maintain CRM records, and align with internal teams.
  • Customer Retention – Ensure smooth onboarding and high satisfaction levels to foster referrals.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in driving growth.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Process and systems driven
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
