Quest Liverpool comprises of a total of 88 apartments including studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments located in the heart of Liverpool’s CBD.

Quest Liverpool now has an exciting opportunity available for a Guest Service Agent in the front office Reception. We are looking for a guest experience professional with a passion for customer service and a ‘can do attitude’ to join our team in a very fast-paced front office role. This position presents a great opportunity to work in a great property, and to be part of developing a friendly team under the banner of the highly successful and established Quest brand. Additionally, there are opportunities to grow and develop within the company, making it an ideal role for those looking to advance their career in the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of the Front Office Reception and Concierge Services, with tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Ensuring all aspects of front office reception and concierge services run smoothly
  • Strong sales skills in promoting and selling accommodation
  • Guest relations
  • Reservations
  • Administration
  • Guest Feedback and complaint handling
  • Performing check-ins & check-outs
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts and guest history
  • Delivering a high level of professional customer experience
  • Responding to accommodation enquiries, processing reservations and accounts
  • In-house guest safety and security
  • Property security
  • Night Audit Reporting and Reconciliation

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following:

This is a casual position on a rotating roster. You must be available to work shifts between 7am to 10pm Monday to Sunday including public holidays.
