At Yeti Civil Products, we design and manufacture high-quality stainless steel drainage solutions for the civil and stormwater sectors. We’re expanding our team and looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Designer & Estimator to join us in Campbellfield.

✅ About the Role

This is a dual role combining CAD-based production design with accurate job estimation. You’ll liaise directly with our sales, workshop, and production teams to bring customer concepts and our growing range of standard products to life – efficiently, accurately, and ready to manufacture.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Create detailed production drawings using CAD (AutoCAD, Fusion, Inventor)

Interpret customer specs and job requirements

Perform material take-offs and prepare cost estimates for sheet metal and fabricated steel parts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and practical designs

Balance multiple jobs and deliver accurate proposals on time

👷‍♂️ About You

Trades or workshop background in metal fabrication preferred

3+ years’ CAD design experience (sheet metal environment highly regarded)

Experience estimating materials, labour, and fabrication jobs

Practical understanding of processes like bending, laser cutting, and forming

Organised, detail-focused, and a clear communicator

Comfortable working between the office and the shop floor
