We are a boutique Healthcare Recruitment Agency based in Surry Hills. Due to growth and complexity we are looking for an experienced part time Payroll Officer to come on board with us.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Run our weekly payroll of approximately 50 to 70 labour hire employees
  • Review electronic timesheets and identify any discrepancies or issues
  • Communicate with employees and clients via phone and email to discuss timesheets
  • Bring the payroll up to bank files ready for payment
  • Generate invoices; again checking and reviewing prior to sending
  • Overall management of accounts questions relating to payroll and invoicing


Required / Desired

  • Experience with Astute Payroll or similar
  • Payroll Officer experience required
  • Knowledge of or ability to acquire knowledge of several Healthcare Awards
