THE COMPANY

Fresh Food Industries Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of FFI Holdings Limited, an ASX-listed public Company based at Cockburn Central. We are a successful Company manufacturing a diverse range of food products for the Australian food industry.

We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Receivable clerk who will work 5 hours per day, 5 days per week (25 hours per week), to join our busy finance team.

THE ROLE

Allocate payments and review daily cash receipts

Timely collection of all due amounts and maintaining healthy cash flow

Contacting debtors by phone/email relating to outstanding accounts and alerting management if any concerns with payments

Liaising with the logistics team and operational staff about accounts on hold

Issuing of credit notes with management approval

Manage customer inquiries by liaising with the appropriate departments to ensure any billing/quality discrepancies or disputes are addressed

Monitoring AR inbox and communication with the customers and internal stakeholders

Credit checks & setting up new accounts

Closing of AR function in a timely manner and assisting with month-end tasks

Maintain organised and up-to-date customer records

Answer incoming query calls and respond to any requests promptly

Skills Required

To be successful you will possess the following attributes

The successful candidate should ideally have

2-3 years of experience in credit control and managing AR function

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good excel skills
