We're Hiring: Social Media Coach / Business Coach

We're on the hunt for Australia's next best Social Media & Business Coach, now this doesn't mean you are already experienced - our CEO is happy to spill her secrets and train you up to be the best of the best.

All you need is a sprinkle of discipline, a dash of motivation, some efficiency ohh and the willingness to learn. This role requires the ability to problem solve and we’re not talking 1+1 = 2, we’re talking creative problem solving. We need someone who can take words and make it a vision, someone who has some imagination.

The position itself is heavy on customer service, so you have to be giving people person energy! Honestly, it’s perfect for the people who get listed as good advice friends!

This role has the potential to put you in some cool places and in rooms with some inspiring people, travel could be on the cards too - who doesn’t like a working holiday??

Team meetings are always met with yummy food, a donut or two and coffee - can’t forget the coffee…

This will be predominantly a remote position, so yes you can wear your pj’s to work. Perfect for a dog parent, being able to work - with our pets? What a dream!! In your first few months you will be required to work alongside the CEO until you find your feet.

Ideally you will have your own laptop - but it’s not a deal breaker we can supply one if needed. You will require a working mobile phone.

This position is a Full Time position - 38 hours per week. Flexible hours.

About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who is ready to become Australia's best Social Media Coach & Business Coach to support our clients in building their personal brand, mastering content creation, and turning social followers into loyal customers. You’ll provide 1:1 coaching and strategy insights that help our clients scale their businesses.

Responsibilities:

Coach clients on how to effectively grow and monetise their presence on platforms like Instagram

Offer business strategy guidance tailored to service-based entrepreneurs and small business owners

Support clients in creating actionable social media content plans and funnels

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices

Assist with the company social media page & management

Carry out consultation/sales calls

Facilitate coaching calls and/or workshops

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:

Have 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, business management, marketing or strategy creation.

Are confident and love teaching and helping others

Understand the basics of content marketing, personal branding, and online sales

Have coached clients before (formally or informally)

Are highly organised, self-motivated, and people-focused

Are the problem solving friend with good advice

Bonus Points:

Experience with tools like Canva, Later, Wix, or Click Up

Previous education or qualifications within aligned space

Familiarity with online business models (coaching, course creation, etc.)

Comfortable reviewing analytics and providing performance feedback
