You’ll be our lead-gen maestro, setting up tracking systems like Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to nail conversions, while running killer paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and more. What You’ll Do:

Drive the Lead Funnel:

Own the customer journey from ad click to lead conversion. That is being a PRO at setting up and managing tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) and Google Tag Manager to track every move.

Use lookalike audiences, retargeting, and interest-based targeting to hook high-intent leads for our buyer’s agency.

Crush Paid Campaigns:

Build and optimise high-impact campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to drive lead generation.

Manage budgets like a pro, fine-tuning bids and allocations to squeeze maximum ROAS from every dollar.

Supercharge Conversions:

Obsess over conversion rate optimisation, running A/B tests, heatmaps, and killer CTAs to boost landing page lead conversions.

Team up with designers and content crews to craft ad creatives and copy that land with impact.

Live in the Data:

Dive into Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and more to uncover trends and make data-driven optimisations.

Deliver sharp performance reports to leadership, loaded with insights and bold next steps.

Stay Ahead:

Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and new ad formats to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.

Ensure compliance with platform policies and data privacy laws (e.g., Australian Privacy Act).
