We're on the hunt for a Teamwear Production Designer with serious design energy!

ENGINE is one of Australia’s leading swimwear and performance apparel brands, and we’re growing. We're looking for a driven, technically-minded Production Designer to dive into our Teamwear & Swimwear Division.

The Role:

You’ll bring teamwear visions to life from concept to production — think everything from previews to pattern development, fabric consumption, and ready-for-production files.

As our Teamwear Production Designer, you’ll be at the heart of transforming performance apparel into standout, functional pieces worn by elite athletes and grassroots teams alike.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Create high-quality design previews that wow our clients
• Use your understanding of garment design & construction to inform every project
• Prepare detailed artwork & job sheets for production
• Communicate directly with fabric printers and suppliers
• Liaise with local and offshore CMT factories to ensure seamless production
• Assist with pattern development and understanding fabric yield

You’ll Need:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or field
• An Advanced Diploma in Fashion Design or Pattern Making
• Solid knowledge of garment construction and design
• Experience in the sublimation print process
• Background in swimwear or intimates is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
