We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who is ambitious and willing to up-skill and be engaged in broader creative projects.

Position Overview

The following position is responsible for managing and creating graphic designs, managing ad hoc marketing tasks such as social media. This position is responsible for creating finished art for promotions, brochures, ads, signage, animations, print materials, digital ads and logos.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Interpreting briefs from management and translate said briefs into creative communication

Design and develop creative work for digital and print, including:

Conceptualize and design artwork

Brochures and flyers

Banners

Trade displays and stands

Image resizing and adapting

Update existing files as required

Manage and optimize the company online presence (Websites, Blogs and Social Media mediums)

Sourcing marketing and promotional items for company promotion

Ensure consistent delivery of quality designs and concepts with all work

Ensure work is delivered accurately and on time

Communicating with and managing the expectations of internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrating teamwork and commitment to working on team projects as well as individual tasks

Work with suppliers and distributors to provide and seek required marketing collateral

Requirements:

Tertiary level design and marketing qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience

Strong visual design skills and a creative eye

Experience in using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn ad management platforms

Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into formalised design briefs - taking it from concept to market

Results orientated

Self motivated and team player

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
