Candidate
The successful candidate will need to:
Operate Cisco telephone system and directing calls
Meet and greet clients and providing assistance to customers at any point during their visit
Maintaining stationary and office supplies
Process orders from the website
Process invoices , quotes and payments
Responding to emails and keeping up with tasks on hand.
Assisting in Freight, courier bookings
Supporting sales staff ,assist with quotes, letters and emails as required
Working alongside the Directors and assist as required
Skills and Experience
Previous Experience in a similar role
Strong Written and Verbal Communication
Advanced Computer Skills
Have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Sound Knowledge in Reckon (Training is Provided)
Must be organised, proactive and articulate
Someone who is willing to Learn and grow within the Company
Experience working within a fast paced, high volume environment
Experience working in a team collaboration and / or independently
