About Us:
At Adelaide Outdoor Kitchens, we specialise in creating custom living spaces with outdoor kitchens, polished concrete benchtops and custom furniture that bring our clients' visions to life. Our showroom is a hub of innovation and design and we're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Outdoor Kitchen Showroom Consultant and Administration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Greet and engage with customers, understand their needs and provide expert advice on outdoor kitchen designs, cabinetry materials and appliances.
Sales Support: Assist clients throughout the purchasing process, including product selection, quotations and closing sales.
Showroom Management: Maintain a tidy, organised showroom that reflects our brand and showcases our unique products.
Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing appliance inventory, prioritising requirements for projects, answering emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, and keeping customer files, clipboards and other important information up to date.
Quotation: Willingness to learn the quoting process and using the program ASCORA.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service before, during and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Social Media: Ability to take videos and photos of behind the scenes activities and send to the social media team.
Qualifications:
Strong interest or experience in outdoor kitchens, design or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in basic computer applications e.g. Excel and Word.
Willingness to learn new skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
