Your Role:
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines front-of-house reception duties with client sales, colour consultation, admin support, and job scheduling. You'll play a key role in our customer journey—from first hello to final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome clients and visitors to our showroom
Guide customers through cabinetry and colour selections with style and confidence
Manage phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
Prepare quotes, invoices, and assist with bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate schedules and appointments for our design and install
Keep the job running smoothly with general admin duties from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A flair for colour and design (experience in interiors, design, or cabinetry a plus!)
Comfortable using computers and basic office software
MYOB & Invoicing knowledge essential
Prior experience in admin, sales and scheduling is highly valued
