About the role

J-Linc Window Group is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Kilsyth South, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting our customers with their window and door needs.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers to our showroom in a friendly and professional manner

Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs

Demonstrating our range of window and door products and explaining the features and benefits

Preparing accurate quotes and proposals for customers

Following up with customers to ensure a smooth sales process

Maintaining a clean and well-organised showroom environment

Collaborating with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the window and door or construction industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong product knowledge and the ability to understand technical specifications

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Passion for delivering a high standard of customer service

Strong time management and organisational skills

Proficiency in using sales-related software and databases
