About the role

ERGONOMICOFFICE is seeking a part-time Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our team in Canberra, ACT. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and delivering office furniture to our customers in the local area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in providing our clients with a seamless and high-quality service.

What you'll be doing

Carefully unpack, assemble and install a variety of office furniture items at customer locations

Deliver assembled furniture to customer sites using the company's vehicle fleet

Liaise with customers to ensure a smooth delivery and set-up experience

Maintain the company's tools, equipment and vehicle in good working order

Support the wider operations team with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in furniture assembly, delivery or a similar hands-on role

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills

Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

A valid driver's licence and safe driving record

Physical fitness and stamina to lift and manoeuvre furniture

Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team
