We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Maintenance Officer to help keep our property running smoothly and looking its best! If you take pride in fixing things and enjoy working outdoors as well, this role could be perfect for you.

About the Role:

Carry out general maintenance and repairs across accommodation and common areas

Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as required

Conduct lawn care, mowing, weeding, and garden bed upkeep

Maintain the exterior of the buildings, including pressure washing and blowing debris from walkways

Identify and address issues proactively to keep everything functioning at its best

Work independently and occasionally coordinate with external contractors

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience in general maintenance or trades (handyman, groundskeeping, or similar)

Good with tools and equipment

Reliable, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Awareness of workplace safety and compliance

Trade qualifications (preferred but not essential)
