Mark Moran - Maintenance Officer

The Mark Moran Group is an award winning retirement and aged care provider with three outstanding facilities across Sydney. We have two vacancies in our Building Services team - a Maintenance Officer / Handyman for our Warrawee site. We are looking for a proactive, passionate and experience team member from a property / trades background with the business to create a great experience for all stakeholders.

The Maintenance Officer / Handyman provides assistance at the site in the form of maintenance and coordinates maintenance tasks around the grounds, buildings and residences including minor repairs, installing signage, clearing guttering/downpipes, minor painting, clearing pathways. This also includes changing light globes, small repairs and assembly of furniture, regular testing of our therapy pool and other tasks associated with the upkeep of a residential complex. This would suit a tradesman who is looking for a change in career, someone with a mechanical aptitude, someone who enjoys dealing with people and has skills in communicating and meeting expectations. You have an eye for detail and a pride in your work.
