Salary: SCHADS Award Level 3.4, $79,352 per annum, plus superannuation

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Finance Support Officer to join our small and supportive finance team. You’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business supporting payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and administrative processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to grow their career in finance with a socially conscious organisation.

About The Role:
• Support the processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with fortnightly payroll processing, reimbursements, and reporting
• Prepare reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
• Help keep our financial systems (Xero, CRM) running smoothly
• Maintain clear and well-organised audit trails and documentation
About You:
You don’t need to tick every box . We value potential and alignment. Ideally, you’ll bring:
• Experience in accounts support (payables/receivables/payroll)
• Confidence using Xero, MYOB, and Excel
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Work well independently and collaboratively
• A flexible, solution-focused mindset and value clear processes
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in the NDIS or community services sector is a bonus, but not essential
