We are currently seeking a Diploma or ECT educator to lead our existing Bush Kindy program. The successful candidate will have a commitment to and passion for supporting children to engage with nature, manage risk and learn through play in local natural environments, including parks and green spaces. We are looking for an educator who has an understanding of the NQF and an ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with others. Qualifications related to or experience using nature-based pedagogy will be highly regarded, but are not essential. Some of the roles and responsibilities for this position include:

Daily Bush Kindy learning a short 20 minute walk from our school in Yarralumla. With 2 teachers an 10 preschool children you will spend the day - 930-330 engaging with the natural surroundings and embracing the Yarralumla community as a space for learning

Observing children's learning & working with the Preschool teacher to build the curriculum
